Although students TK-12 generally must attend school in the district where they reside, there are some reasons for inter-district transfers.  Upon request, we may accept students from another district or allow students within the district to attend out-of-district schools. The parents/guardians of any student enrolled within the district may apply to enroll their child in any district school, regardless of the location of their residence within the school (Board Policy 5116.1). Please see the Intra-district Transfer website for more information.
