Hello! Welcome to A.H.S. P.E! I teach P.E. 1 (9th Grade) and I began teaching in AUSD in the 2016-17 school year. I am also A.H.S.' Boy's & Girl's Head Cross Country Coach in the fall, and in the spring, I coach the distance runners on the A.H.S. Track & Field Team.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, fitness-I currently bike commute and run and strength train. I also find time to make trips to Yosemite N.P., reading historical novels and fiction (Steinbeck), and listening to rock-n-roll music, especially Bruce Springsteen! My family and I live in Oakley, CA.
