A little about me:
I was born and raised in southeastern Kentucky and found my way to California in 2000 and began my journey here at Antioch High School in 2001. I've taught every level of English from Study Skills to AP Literature and Composition, as well as Yearbook and Journalism. I spent several years teaching various levels of English at Diablo Valley College as well. I quickly realized that I was home at Antioch High and have enjoyed my journey every single day. My students keep me young, keep me honest, and keep me from giving up. My coworkers have become lifelong friends. As long as I live in California, this is where you'll find me.
I currently teach English 12 ERWC, AP Language and Composition, and ELD III/IV. Each class is an experience in and of itself. If you'd like to know more:
