Medical Ethics Humanitarian Awards 2020-

Antioch Unified School District supports Work-Based Leaning opportunities for high school students. Work-Based Learning Coordinators bring value and support to high school students in Academy and Pathway programs. The Work-Based Learning Coordinators facilitate career awareness opportunities for students through workplace tours and guest speakers. Career exploration opportunities consist of job shadow and virtual exchange (e-mentor) programs. Career preparation comes in the forms of Project Based Learning (PBL) experiences and Virtual Enterprise Competitions. In addition, Career training opportunities are coordinated and include: internships, on-the-job training activities, hands-on workshops and mock interview experiences.
