Greetings, Jack London Families,
There has been an update to the 2023-2024 AUSD School Calendar:
-Back to School Night for all AUSD elementary schools has been moved to the evening of Thursday, August 17th.
-Friday, August 18th is now a Minimum Release Day for all students (dismissal at 11:15am for Preschool-6th).
-There is no longer an event on September 7th, and September 8th is now a regular bell schedule day.
This does not impact instructional minutes for students. Please see the attached AUSD calendar, reflecting this change.
Parents/guardians will also receive this updated calendar at Registration Day next Thursday, July 27th! There are two sessions: 9-11am or 4-6pm. Please remember this is a day for ALL Jack London parents/guardians to update student information and receive updates from the school.
