The school counselor advocates and provides support for all students in the areas of academic, social/emotional, and college & career development for an equitable and holistic education, allowing students to reach their full potential now and in the future.

About Informed Consent to School Counseling Services

Provision of Services

School counseling is considered a regular educational service and students can be seen without parent consent or permission during the school day for things such as periodic check-in meetings. A parent/guardian and or parents/guardians permission is required each new academic school year in order for regular counseling services to be provided beyond the generally stated services and or that is planned on a regular basis. These services can include: short-term individual counseling, crisis intervention, group counseling, and referrals as needed.

Forms can be downloaded, completed, and saved. Please email or return completed forms to the counselor as applicable.
